Mine can be set to do nothing except display a notification on the screen about an incoming call.

No sound, no vibrations, no flashing lights.
It does light up the backlight so you can see the notification, but if it's in your pocket that won't disturb you.

If you're really keen, you can tell it to beep on SMS but not voicecalls.
