Of course, until you know why I want 'em, I wouldn't blame you for being a bit reserved in your support of my candidacy. Remember you Machiavelli: "one ought not to say to someone whom one wants to kill, 'Give me your weapon, I want to kill you with it,' but merely, 'Give me your weapon,' for once you have the gun in your hand, you can satisfy your desire."

I might sound like a really nice guy and someone you'd love to send to Congress to fight a few battles and bring a little bit of sense into USian politics (ie: no bill-riding, definite term limits for all elected officials, etc.), but you still have a duty to yourself to really know where even a sweet old guy like me truly stands before throwing your power over.
