.. and I know in Europe alone there are massive pricedifferences for sending text-messages. Here in Denmark I pay DKK 0.15 (US$0.03) for sending one sms on my current cell-provider(approximately 160 characters), while the price is 4-10 times as high in Sweden (larger blob on the map West and Northwest of Denmark ;)). I could imagine there could be some price-issues when you have to maintain a GSM-network in less populated areas..
