| I am trying to set up a means to remotely monitor a network installation using a web cam. The problem is that although we designed, installed, use, and support the network, it is not strictly ours. We are firewalled off from it. It's a global network for all the business units owned by our parent company to use to share bandwidth and costs. And we have tons of bandwidth. There are sites around the world. If this works here, I may try to pry US$80 per site out of the powers that be to put these in the other sites as well. If not, I have other uses for my camera :) |
