I charge $35.00 per hour and any minute within; $10.00 trip charge outside the 15 mile $hometown city limits; $5.00 Gas Surcharge for my small vehicle; 15% for my Truck or Van (depending on my comfort level of the day). Also, an additional $35.00 is charged for bogus housecalls (that is, kids that make crank calls or parents who feel that a woman can't get the job done) My charges are nomimal yet, I CAN'T (or should I say) HAVE NOT MUSTERED THE PATIENCE TO FIX MY OWN DARN PC Sick, isn't it? -------------------------------- Now this person has some skill - just not a tremendous amount of sense. I just charge a flat $40/hr - 1 hour minimum - excess charged in 15-minute increments. It may include travel time or not - depends on how far I have to drive....
