It's the Alberta Government. - been there - done that. I have a court order (from newfoundland) saying that the Alberta mafia cfamily enforcement is suppose to lift all restrictions. There is still restrictions on my licence (1 year valid rather than 5) and I am waiting to see if I can get a passport or if they sill restricted that.

My thoughts are with you your SO. I know the hassels of dealing with Ex's, and government agencies.
