...of acid and detail that differentiates the gender. From personal experience, I've heard male co-workers trash a colleague by simply calling him a name. "Dork" springs to mind. And that's usually the end of it. Some women co-workers, on the other hand, displayed a remarkable ability to get right down to the nitty-gritty details of what's wrong about a female colleague, and the litany of flaws can be astonishingly long.
