How come that the user friendly now starts with 0079xx?

2005 Jan is 0079xx ???
2004 Dec is 0074xx
2003 Jan is 0063xx
2003 Dec is 0062xx
2003 Jan is 0051xx

I'm trying to develop widget for myself that display daily userfriendly comicstrip...beats opening up browser...i can just go to Dashboard (Tiger). (No previous archive. Just daily) So can someone help me with the referencing of the number? Right now i just can't figure out the 0079xx thing. the month is working fine.
