about changing jobs? I had a high stress job a year ago, and they dumped me due to reorganization. Now, I got a job with less stress, hardly non actually, with less hours to work, and more pay than the previous one. You just need to shop around a bit for it, but the search for it should help you, a bit, too. What's the line of work you are into? Give some info where you like to work and i can help you find one.
