Cut the stress or start planning for the afterlife. They're going to start testing to be sure, but the doc says it's pretty obvious. Cardiac arryhthmia, sleep issues (10+ hours a day, counting passing out in my chair at home), assorted other stress-related crap. The sad thing is, most of the stress is job-related, which means I have zero control over it (pretty much). Got to do something, though!
