Okay, that's a bit of an exaggeration but if these "people" are willing to believe a rumour of this sort, one clean test will mean nothing to them, especially since you are volunteering.
Imagine this:
"Well, of course you tested clean. You picked the date of the test so you could make sure."
I honestly believe this will backfire on you as they will use this to reinforce their perception of your bad habits. The assumption will be that you chose to get the test, because you knew you would test clean, so you could use it to "prove" you don't do drugs. The conspiracy theories will abound.
My advice is to just ignore them.
