1. Quit. 2. Keep doing it. 3. Ask for a raise. NEVER give an employer any more than you want them to expect. The real question you need to ask yourself is "What will it take to make me happy?" My guess is that at this point, it won't matter what changes they make, you won't be happy there. There is too much built up disappointment and anger. Remember, you don't owe them anything. Find another job, give them two-weeks notice and go. You'll be a much happier person.
