Next time do up your quote using "Industry Standards" then put a bug in his ear that "That's the official price, we can shave a significent figure off that for our prefered customer"<wink, nudge> Then he can't shop the figure, and his greed may work against him with the "significent figure" being what ever you damn well feel like, but such that the bottom line is not as cheap as if he'd been straight up with you on this project.
