but I wasn't thrilled about it, and really would prefer to stay with this company, as long as I can do development work.
I've been doing more development work, day to day support tasks have for the most part been taken off my plate. The DBA work and config management stuff mostly was taken on by someone else - but she's leaving in 3 weeks for maternity leave - management has said they will hire someone to replace her, but I'm not sanguine that it will happen, in which case, I will likely be looking to quit, as I refuse to take on her job as well as my job *again* (which is what happened last time she went on maternity leave).
But no, I don't currently have another job offer. :)
