As for the other part, tell me exactly when is the President of the United States "off duty" during his term in office? When is he not the President? I'm sure he would like to know too.
And again, I bring to your attention that the Constitution states that Congress may show no preference for any one religion. The Constitution does not state that the Executive Branch (or President) may not show preference for a religion. In fact, the Constitution does not mention religion in association with the executive branch at all. |
