...to take over the pure-linux shop running large, high-availability PostgreSQL databases for a company that speaks only English:

Don't hire two Chinese guys with only Windows experience who have never even installed PostgreSQL who can barely communicate in English.

I don't mean to be an ass about it, but I'm insulted that our soon-to-be former client would even consider replacing us with these guys.
