The comcast guy came over to hook up my cable yesterday. All went well but when he was in the attic to hook up the new room he stepped through the ceiling. Then he just left. I did not notice it until I got home from work.(How often do you look at the ceiling anyhow) When he left in a hurry he did not connect my internet connection or the room where he ruined the ceiling. But they were really good when i called them this morning. They are sending someone out within 2 days to look at it.
