Half-elven cleric of Corellon decides to be a hero. Party is fighting a dirty great big Otyugh and it's beating the snot out of them. Cleric charges in, leaps on top of the creatures head, then proclaims loudly: "In the name of Corellon, I smite thee!!" driving his blessed longsword down hard with both hands towards the Otyugh's head.

Of course, Kickstart rolls a 1.

This results in him driving the swordpoint through his left foot, pinning him to the Otyugh, who gets initiative and successfully grabs the cleric with both tentacles. With the cleric pinned and the tentacles pulling in either direction, the cleric gets torn into three meaty chunks.

And thus was born the idea for Hungry Otyugh BBQ Cleric Wings.
