This was in a evil campaign, wasn't my character (said character was elsewhere), but I was there
I forget the circumstances, but one character ends up falling to the floor on his backpack, complete with tinkling sound as a large number of flasks of oil break. There was two others in the room, one said character liked and one that caused him to fall down in the first place. Well, the one that said character liked bailed out of the window as he light a tindertwig, and dropped it. Fwoosh, dead characters (yes, plural, both in the room died, the one that triggered the explosion got resurrected I think)
