What this fails to do is actually be a parody. Had they created their own trailer from scratch showing the same elements, or even dubbed the voices, it would qualify. As it is, they are simply rebroadcasting the trailer with running commentary. As such LucasFilm is well within their rights to prevent that. Of course, IANAL.
