...the law is obviously being flaunted, even if it is a law that was lobbied into being by cotton & tobacco growers who didn't want the very stiff competition offered by hemp. And if there's a rise, then THEY MUST WANT TO HOOK OUR KIDS ON DRUGS!!!!111 and we can't have THAT. We'll need to give the anti-drug apparatchiks more money so they can Combat teh Ev1L Drugs!!!!
