Well, my ideas were kinda vague	by Captain_Impavid	2005-05-04 12:54:37
but based on what people said below, I guess it would simply have to be an administration service, with everyone having personal accounts that they could contribute to and choose who to give it to when the time came. Kinda a place to help people donate when they can and have a supply ready for later when they wouldn't otherwise have been able to afford to help. At least, that is the best way I can figure out to deal with the issues brought up. Still would need some work, but its still in the pondering phase. Like I said, I like to help people.
