When the word divorce is mentioned lawyer up. Yep it's expensive but in the long run you'll be glad you did. There are rare cases where a lawyer isn't needed, but in this case I think it's time for hardball. It sounds like she's kicking you to the curb but still trying to keep the leash attached. That leash will turn into a noose.
