when it's not being enforced otherwise, be it lack of budget, interest, whatever, on the government's part, then sometimes its a good thing. In a way, the Fed supports such movements, setting up snitch programs and whatnot. This is basicly what MinuteMen is. They find the illegals and watch them until border patrol comes. It's a wide-scale snitch program, only they're more active about it.
