so I have to worry about my source for food being shut down. Nope, I don't like being held hostage, and as a bus rider my choices for shopping are limited.
IGA is too high priced to do all my shopping its the closest to home.
Safeway is right along my buss route (no transfers), and I have a safeway across the street from work. So I depend on safeway, and when they shut there doors I find myself foodless. Unions are supposed to put pressure on the employer, not punish the consumer, so I don't like them being unionized.
Nurses Unions... well I think that the main problem is that everyone is in the same union, its not just nurses that are unionized, its cashiers, cleaners, lawn mowers and all that... so if the lawn mowers have a beef, and are getting outsourced, the nurses strike with them. |
