Since then I have tried to call three people, two weren't home and the other wants me to phone back tommorrow night. How annoying.
So, now I"m going on to thing number two on my list of things to do - compose letters to send to small-town Ukrainian dance schools (those that I don't have a phone number for, at least). In the evening (after at least one social event, possibly two!), I will try phoning the other contacts. Obviously the success I had earlier with phoning people in the morning was anomalous.
Useless accomplishments? Posting here, mostly, sending my dad an email (since I think he wants more email in his life) ... yeah, that's about it so far, I think. |
