and request a credit from the time the problem was reported until the time it is fixed. I have had problems with my phone and internet service with Bell in the past and have managed to obtain credit for the period of lost service. You may be able to escalate the amount you recieve, but at bare minimum you should get the down time refunded. Good Luck.
