Looks like some module in your code wants to access the frontpage server extensions. But might be also some script kiddy running daddys toolbox. Had a couple of those entrys in my logs - Linux with apache and NO FP-Extensions: it was a script kiddy... Nonetheless: Deny from ... might be an over reaction
