if you get too much in their faces, especially when caught off-guard. If you explain what they did and the way it made her feel (without being accusatory), that is enough to get the point across. If they do it again...then you get in their faces. You might ask your sister to join you in this conversation since it sounds like she's had similar issues. Seriously, they just may not know that you feel this way. And they won't unless you tell them.
