but seriously, keep it up! See if you lovely wife will take you to wrok and let you pedal home... or pick you up at the end of the day - but ONLY until you have the endurance to go "both ways" (yeah, I know, SOME people will take that wrong - ALL wrong - but that's why I said it ;-) It beats the stress diet... not that I can compalain - I've lost nearly 18 pounds on it! Now I'm trying to excercise the stress away and keep them pounds at bay...
