Pinnacle Studio 8. Studio 8/9 should contin the drivers for your video capture unit, and also does the video editing anf stuff. I havn't played with it a lot since getting it I'd have to dig out the CD and see for sure if the drivers are there.

What does the manual say is contained on the <missing> CD? what is it that you need?
