However, if you fly BMI or BMIbaby they provide you with a half-litre bottle so long as you grab it as you board. Not found another budget airline that does, but I've not flown with very many so far. Most will provide free non-alcoholic drinks at regular intervals, but for some those intervals are rather far apart... Also - take your camera in hand luggage, and in an easily-accessible place. The view out of the window shortly after takeoff and as you cross the mainland US is well worth a few shots!
