personal observation by mitchshrader 2005-03-27 21:19:00
there are as many viewpoints as there are people. a large portion of them (however sincere) are self serving ego stroking sips from the thrilling wine of celebrity. this in sum creates hype which is unrelated to issues, "controversy" where none exists, and adds artificial public significance to issues that are blatantly personal in nature. this particular issue is NONE of my business. i happen to have opinions, (of course) which are none of YOUR business. whoever you are, whatever you think, short of a meaningful philosophical discussion in person ANY summary of your opinions and mine will have obvious differences which are not resolvable in a public forum. Bleh. Not only don't I know all the facts, the gross majority (approaching unity) of people who push Any point of view concerning this admittedly poignant issue doesn't know all the facts either. Where does it say that everyones opinion is worth knowing? Including mine.
