everybody has the right to their own battle tank...

Just because you can't afford it, doesn't deny the right... I mean, everybody has the right to be a concert pianist, nobody said everybody has the ability to be one.

And "right to keep and carry weapons" gives me the right to keep weapons and, should I chose to, carry them. Or, since I want to help the transportation industry and thus world economy, I could hire someone to carry my ICBMs for me.
