relying on a 6th grade education! :) Even still, EVEN interpreted in the modern sense of the right to bear weapons, it STILL only allows for the bearing of arms in order that the states are able to form militias. This would allow for things like police forces and the like, NOT private citizen arsenals. Even a 6th grade education covers THAT much...
