W:ET & Linux Question by hieraco 2006-11-19 12:55:59
I have been trying to down load W:ET for linux from the Resource site
When I click on the links for either 2.55 or 2.56 Full install Al I get is several hundred Mb of text. The first part of which appears to be a script file and the reaminder appears to be an executable file rendered in extended ASCII characters.

I have tried right clicking on the link and selecting `save as' but it will save the page as "modules.php"

Has anyone managed to install W:ET for linux? if so how did you get the files?

I'm still very new at Linux so please be patient with me as I move away from the evil clutches of M$.

          Thanks
                  Hieraco
