Seems that I just woke up in time for this discussion. closes illiblows, just to be save. :D The current 'status quo' is that drug 'use' is not persecuted. Unless you have more than a certain amount (usual more than 3x a normal 'dose') in possesion. Then you are considered a 'dealer' which is illegal. Strange situation isn't it ? Most people assume all drugs is legal around here. This is certainly not the case. The laws here are somewhat 'tweaked' to allow 'harmless' users to smoke 'soft' drugs. (The coffeeshop approach) But IANAL. This is tricky stuff, even around here.
