...and they didn't refer to the teeth by number, just the general area (lower right molar, upper left molar...) they had set up the x-rays by my chair, but did NOT point to which teeth... and before they told me this I had taken a good look at my x-rays because I found them interesting- I had never been shown my x-rays before. Didn't see anything unusual looking. If I had seen any, I'd have thought "hey, what's that dark spot?" It's up to the dentist to charge what the market will bear; that's fine by me. I'm willing to pay slightly more to be at a place where you don't have to book 6 months in advance. But WHATEVER you charge me, it should be for work that actually needs to be done!
