And is the freezer inside the fridge?

If the freezer is separate from the fridge, I'd move everything from the freezer to the fridge, close the fridge for the night, glue the freezer door, and leave it open for a couple hours to cure. Nothing is going to thaw in a couple of hours, and you can cure it at room temperature.

I'd make sure the plastic warms up past room temperature before I did any gluing. You may get condensation on the plastic that keeps glue from bonding otherwise.
