a "government day care center" in any case. I put it there because daycare is an area in this country that's already understaffed/underpaid -plus it would give some of the 18-year-olds some sense of what it would be like to have kids of their own (and hopefully convince them to wait to breed for a while), or they may already be parents and HAVE experience.

And "elder care" is more than just reading to them. I'd much rather wipe a baby's butt than the butt of a 90 year-old. Any day.
