They've tracked down the owner of one of the planes here.
This provides yet another source, bringing the total so far to 4 independent sources. Maybe still not definitive, especially since this source only confirms the existence of one of the planes, and that it's been chartered to the CIA at various times over the last three years, and that it's made it to Guantanamo, among other places, but the evidence is piling up.
