sure if that was just another sign of the control mentality, or if it actually reflected popular opinion. Back home, you can just stop the car and take a leak if you have to. Nobody looks twice. Or, if you are a farmer outside in your field, and you have to go, you just go. The cows don't mind, and anybody else can just look the other way:-)
