| First, if I look on UF and don't find anything that I wish to take part in or read, I go off and do something else, like work or something. There is life beyond UF, its out there. Second, if you notice that there are exceedingly large numbers of TLPs with a specific subject and you want more variety, post something of your own. Start something new (showing off new spiffy items like iPods or showing off pics of your pets is interesting). Third, by asking those of us here to limit gun related threads sound to me like we have done something wrong here, that we have broken some rule. What would the limit be? Who would regulate it? Would someone get modded for it? I'd be willing to bet that if you looked back through the archives and read the posts there, you might find that there were other non-computer related posts that were dominant that eventaully fadded out in favor of something else. Anyway, enough of my rambling, it's time to go home and get some food. |
