Use Pain to make the logo and use Word for the layout and text. You would actually be surprised what you can get Word to do with some effort.

Also if you are doing these your self get the business card sheets put out by Avery or some other paper company. They even have the ones that they call clean edge where there are no visible perforations when they are seperated.

You can use Word label features to format for that page and it will create the boxes on the page already sized to the business card.
