Saitek Gaming Keyboard by jmaxsohmer2006-11-19 12:55:59
Very cool.. not worth the cash though by pseudonym 2005-03-22 13:49:55
It is a VERY cool keyboard and I have used one before. They also sell them down at the local Futureshop. The look AWSOME and the glowing bit really is quite nice.. however...

NOT worth it for a "Gameing Keyboard". It works just FINE as a keyboard for games, but what you are really paying for is that detachable pad and that thing just doesn't have enough keys. If you want a really great gaming accessory type keyboard go for the Belkin Nostromo N52. Unlike it's predicessor this is just a standard UID device and all the keys just map to standard keyboard keys. Use the custom drivers though and WOW. Any key can be a shift key (up to three) you can even assign D-Pad axises to the keys. So far the ONLY upgrade I have seen to the standard keyboard and mouse configureation (dispite better mice =P)

It's only downfall is that it doesn't glow. Here is a link

I picked mine up at Comp-U-Smart for like $55 CND.
