used to arise only every few days. Every so often a gay marriage, evolution or abortion thread would arise, and deep discussion would ensue. A topic like gun control causes similar strong feelings. But so many TLPs - several EVERY SINGLE DAY - make the tone of the board very, very monotonous. And frankly, I'm tired of having the issue trivialised. We can't discuss it fully EVERY SINGLE DAY, because that would be crazy. So a sub-culture is thriving in UF, and causing a huge amount of friction.
