noone has been killed by a FPS, yet. And, to clarify, I don't think that computer games, violence on TV or in films and such turns gamers/viewers into homicidal maniacs.
One more thing, it's not about having guns as a hobby. I'm fine with that. To me, it's comparable with archery, martial arts, collecting japanese swords, whatever. What bothers me is the mixing of context. You may have guns as a hobby. You may advocate guns as a measure of self defense. You may not, imho, mix those two things up without loosing your credibility and, on certain topics, showing bad taste. |
