. . . the mystery of the creation is the fascinating theory of cosmology. The miracles of matter and energy, the billions of eons of time, mass and space. The amazing occurance of intelligence. The woderful combination of change as expressed in the theory of evolution. As Albert Einstein claimed, "G-d doesn't play dice and we now have the beauty of pattern even in chaos (Chaos theory). Few people object to the concept of creation or an intelligent and awesome underlying pattern. The problem arises when some person wants to teach other people's children that the universe was created by the god described in his/her interpretation of a bad translation of a translation of a translation of an ancient book in a short period of time (a few thousand years). The problem is worse when that fundie wants MY tax dollars to be spent on teaching HIS reliegion in MY public schools. True Creation happens every day - watch a flower open.
