Select-fire capability is built into the fire control group (trigger adn the related parts). A full auto FCG will not fit a semi-only receiver, it's a completely different design per BATFE specs.

So, you would need a select-fire FCG, which is not hard to get, but you also need a select-fire receiver, which are not manufactured in US and are not importable and therefore next to impossible to get. You also need a higly competent gunsmith to assemble the whole thing.
