out his persecution complex. He was conviced that th cops were out to get him. He actually was probably right, as the cops were trying to remove his guns, were dealing with many charges and were trying to keep him locked up as much as possible. He was prohibited from getting weapons, but did so illegally. He was able to do so because there is a huge source just south of us.
